The initiative is available to all clients within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, starting with Riyadh in its first phase (individuals, companies, government sector, and non-profit entities).
Technical support will be provided either remotely or through an on-site visit, based on the technical team’s assessment.
Technical support is limited to security assessments and providing security recommendations, and does not include equipment supply or installation.
The company reserves the right to accept or reject requests, or schedule support based on team availability and geographic coverage.
Free technical support is provided only once per client under this initiative.
Clients must share the location of the facility or site to be assessed.
Official licenses or approvals must be provided if required by the requesting entity.
